Postdoc Position in Modelling, Analysis and Simulation of Complex Systems

The GISC group (Interdisciplinary Group of Complex Systems) is seeking to hire a postdoc within the MOSAICO (Modelling, Analysis and Simulation of Complex Systems) project. The positions would start on January 1, 2010. MOSAICO is a project, funded by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science, for research along the following lines:

Nanotechnology and Materials

    * Complex fluids and nanofluidics

    * Magnetic and electronic nanodevices

    * Granular media

Biology and Biophysics

    * DNA Biophysics

    * Evolution and evolutionary dynamics

Social sciences

    * Structure of the stock market

    * Social networks and information diffusion

    * Game theory, human behavior and cultural dynamics

    * New methods in inference problems

More information about the MOSAICO project can be found at
